On-Site

Included in a standard ControlNET proposal is an on-site training regiment with the facility operators. This training will include a site walk through and training on field equipment by our installation technician. In addition, a refresher training session shall be provided after the job is completed and you or your staff has had time to operate the system for a period of time.

Likewise, for future reference, all Tridium's Niagara literature shall be added to your server hard drive as well as on CD. Thin-Client technology will enable a ControlNET engineer to be online simultaneously with an operator to guide them through their questions and provide solutions. Remember that ControlNET wants to serve you as a partner, not just another vendor.

Off-Site

ControlNET encourages the owners to send a representative to Tridium Niagara end user training. We feel that to get the most out of your new system, this training is essential.

The Tridium Technical Certification program is provided for the most advanced users and programmers. After successful completion of the technical certification program, users leave with the ability to use the same programming suite of software used by ControlNET in the programming of the owner's building systems.
